From the humble beginnings of the 1970s, to the trendy 2000s, we have been at the forefront of eyewear design. The first iteration of Visual Eyes was realized in 1976, directed by Dr. Wayne Tepper, a leading eye doctor of his era. Armed with a superb understanding of the human eye, he set out to create a store front that was based on the fashioned practicality of the eye lens. The storefront has survived and has evolved under the leadership of Dr. Aaron Evans. Dr. Evans is an optometrist who, like Dr. Wayne Tepper before him, completely understands the function of the human eye.

Nurturing the storefront with his expertise, Dr. Evans has created more than your average eyewear store. It has flourished into a confluence of style and substance: the store is adorned with a host of trendy, but practical, designs that are hip, smooth and multi-functional; those whose eyes are pathologically hindered can receive treatment (our doctors are trained to deal with cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration); and the store is a hotbed for cutting-edge eye care techniques.

And though we pride ourselves on our polished fashion sense, our philosophy extends beyond appearance: we take great care into making sure that our eyewear serves a function-- that it actually fits your facial structure, and that it is accommodating and comfortable.
