A Florida native, Dr. Evans and his wife Amanda who works for Johnson & Johnson as a medical device manager, have lived in south Florida for the last 10 years. Dr. Evans has been head of the visual eyes at Mizner Park for over 4 years. He is a Florida certified optometrist who graduated from Florida state university with a distinguished Bachelor of Science degree and attended the nova southeastern college of medicine and optometry. In 2008, he became certified by the Florida board of optometry. Dr. Evans holds affiliations with the American optometrist association and the Florida optometric association. He is also an active member in

His local Palm Beach county optometric society. Dr. Evans specializes in glaucoma management, cataracts, and contact lenses. Using the latest technology in the industry, Dr. Evans has a reputation for having the most “state of the art” equipment.
He prides himself on having the most accurate information to make his diagnosis, as well as giving the patient the best experience during his eye exams.


Dr. Giselle Radice is a certified optometrist with over a decade of experience in vision care. She was born in Lima, Peru and spent most of her life in Puerto Rico, California and south Florida. She completed her bachelors of Science degree from the University of Miami with a major in biology and chemistry.
She received her doctorate of optometry from the inter American university of Puerto Rico in 2001.

Through comprehensive eye examinations, Dr. Radice has helped thousands of adults and children achieve clear comfortable vision through contact lenses, glasses, vision therapy and surgical co-management for Lasik/cataract surgery. She is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma, dry eyes, diabetic / hypertensive retinopathy and all corneal diseases. She is skilled in all contact lenses technologies, including astigmatism and multifocal contact lenses. Dr. Radice is also fluent in Spanish for our patient’s needs.


Dr. Weiss is a native Floridian from Sarasota, Florida, and is a cum laude graduate of the university of Miami where he graduate ranked first in his class. He acquired his doctor of medicine at the university of Miami miller school of medicine, serving as the co-president of the prestigious medical honor society alpha omega alpha, a distinction reserved for only the top 5% of each class. He completed both his ophthalmology residency and his fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at the world-renowned Bascom Palmer eye institute, where he continues to return throughout the year as a volunteer assistant professor, teaching the next generation of eye specialists. In addition, he serves as an affiliate faculty member and course director at the Florida Atlantic University Charles e. Schmidt College of medicine.

His many accolades include awards for his research investigating new treatments for blinding eye conditions. Dr. Weiss has also published several papers in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to numerous textbooks. In 2011, dr. Weiss also became the first resident worldwide to use one of the three leading laser cataract systems currently approved for use in the u.s. dr. Weiss is board certified by the American board of ophthalmology. He is also a member of the American academy of ophthalmology and the American society of cataract and refractive surgery. He provides the latest technology and treatments in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery.

Outside of the office, Dr. Weiss enjoys spending time with his wife Taylor, a local elementary school teacher. He also has passions for traveling, cooking, photography, and of course university of Miami football.
